Mario Cavalli is a filmmaker who also happens to be a friend of my boss, and he came into our office today to discuss possible ways of working together in terms of getting short destination-based travel films onto our website. For me personally, it will be amazing if this happens as I think his work is incredibly beautiful, and exactly the kind of visual aesthetic I most like to work with, compositionally speaking. The colour, movement, and dreamlike quality of his films is mesmerizing.
